Bluewater is home to over 300 stores and over 50 bars, restaurants and cafes. The shopping destination also caters to 13,000 free car parking spaces and attracts millions of visitors all year round.

Bluewater is renowned for its beautiful site of 240 acres surrounded by a 50 acre landscape of lakes, parkland and trees. It is home to a number of regional flagship stores for major international brands such as Coach and Kate Spade. It is also home to a number of beauty brands including Mac, Charlotte Tilbury, Bobbi Brown, Clarins, and Clinique.

In June 2024, commercial property giant Landsec took control of Kent’s Bluewater shopping centre, after striking a £120 million deal to increase its stake.
