Editors' Picks: New launches from Ella & Jo, Isle of Paradise, Geske and more...
From Isle of Paradise's tanning drops to Geske's skincare technology, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.
Sunny Serum, Isle of Paradise
I didn’t think there was any more room in the dedicated at-home tanning section of my bathroom cabinet, but to my excitement, I managed to find a spot for Isle of Paradise’s Sunny Serum.
The brand's face Tanning Drops have been my go-to for mid-week tan top-ups for a few years now. But is its new category worth the same hype as its tanning lineup? Its first-ever skincare-meets-makeup liquid bronzer serum certainly makes a case.
Tanning drops are an overnight job, but the Sunny Serum promises an instant glow in a bottle, and when I say glow, I mean GLOW. The sheer formula adds that coveted sun-kissed luminosity to the complexion under or over makeup. Formulated with a trio of hydrating actives - niacinamide, squalane and jojoba oil - the bronzing drops also work to visibly brighten and nourish skin, improving the appearance of texture over time.

Glow Tanning Range, Ella & Jo
If you couldn't tell already from Chloe's new product pick above, she's the tanning queen of the office. Whereas, despite my pale complexion, I've always found the idea of using fake tan slightly intimating and too much effort. That being said, I am partial to the odd tan-infused moisturiser and am quite looking forward to trying Ella & Jo's two latest launches because of this.
Available in Light-Medium and Medium-Dark shades (not hard to guess which one I'll be using), the brand's new gradual moisturiser (£20) promises the ultimate fusion of skincare and sun-kissed radiance. The product combines the hydrating power of glycerin, skin-reviving benefits of hyaluronic acid, and nourishing properties of squalane to not only provide a bronzed look but also leave skin feeling moisturised and rejuvenated.
What's more, Ella & Jo has also introduced a tanning face mist (£23) boasting the same skin-loving ingredients as the moisturiser, so both the face and body can look naturally tanned and radiant together without the impact of sun damage.

Touchless Magnetic Peeling Mask and Aqua Stream Face Cleanser, Geske
I am of that age where my skincare regimen requires 'machines'. I remain an evangelist for good quality creams, serums, SPFs and so forth, and they have served me well, but I've recently been converted to the wonders of technology, such as HIFU and LED treatments (and am desperate to try Emface). All of this has been administered in a salon and it isn't cheap, so I'm very pro-the idea of affordable at-home tech to supplement our skincare.
German firm Geske launched at the end of last year offering pocket-friendly beauty tech. I say pocket-friendly as not only is it affordable but you can literally fit it in your pocket too. These are effective tools for all skin types and there is something for everyone, not just for those of my advanced years.
The brand has a range of masks, rollers, a micro-current face lifter (note to self, buy that one) and various other devices. But this week it has just added a Touchless Magnetic Peeling Mask and an Acqua-Stream face cleanser to its line-up.
The Peeling Mask (£59.95) is a clever 5-in-1 tool to enable you to apply and remove clay masks in a simple, mess-free way, while also helping extract surface impurities. Combined with Magnetic Cell Stimulation, using this device will brighten your skin, and reduce the visibility of pores. Additionally, its proprietary SmartSonic Pulsation and Youthful Glow Massage Technologies add a relaxing experience to your skincare session.
For a deep clean, the Aqua-Stream Face Cleanser (£49.95) is no less than an 8-in-1 device combining several technologies such as the Hydrating Ultra Deep Aqua Cleansing, the Superior Blackhead Extraction Technology, and the AirPulse Suction Deep Pore Cleansing. They work in harmony to remove dead skin cells and dirt from the pores by flushing them out with clean water. I've had my pores 'hoovered' in a salon and, while I wouldn't have thought I had particularly congested skin, the results were fantastic, so being able to do it at home is a real bonus. You can even choose from 11 different colours to suit your bathroom.

Copper Tripeptide & Ectoin Advanced Repair Serum, Allies of Skin
With a name like Copper Tripeptide & Ectoin Advanced Repair Serum, you know this product means business, and promising "complete skin recovery" in just one month, it does just that.
This new addition to Allies of Skin's product line-up brings together supercharged ingredients to promote recovery for soothed, healthier-looking skin that is nourished and boasts an evened-out complexion. Not only that, but it also promises to reverse multiple signs of ageing.
Priced at £190, this is certainly one of the brand's more luxurious products, with Allies of Skin Founder Nicolas Travis saying it can be mixed into any routine to help repair the signs of damage. The Copper Tripeptide & Ectoin Advanced Repair Serum is now available at Allies of Skin, as well as Lookfantastic and Cult Beauty.
